Let?s pray Mr. Obama will stand on the Bible,
not just with his hand placed on the Word, but with his heart in the Word.
We often ask ourselves, "What to do or not to do?? Lets look into the past for some wisdom.
While giving a speech shortly after his election in 1860, Abraham Lincoln spoke of the new birth of freedom. He spoke with his hand placed on the greatest book ever written. The Bible covers a wide range of time?from B.C. to A.D. (Before Crisis and After Disaster).
This book in which Abraham Lincoln trusted can help you answer the hard questions in life, whether they arise before, during or after a crisis. The Bible is the most relevant book today in dealing with crisis.
I want to remind you of the power this book holds and the value it places on you. Yes, the reality is bad out there, but the truth is that your God is able to fix you and fix the crises of your life.
It?s scary how much hope we have placed on the world's systems. The good news is that you have the Word of God. Now act on what really holds you together.
The heart of the Bible is practical, creative and powerful. Why? When God speaks, the same creative power that was drawn upon when He spoke the world into existence goes into action again. His Word today is just as effective, powerful, creative and just as practical as when He framed the world by speaking it into existence. Ezekiel 12:25 says it all: "I am the Lord; I will speak, and the word that I speak shall come to pass.?
Dare to Believe
"And he (God) has confirmed his words, which he spoke.?

Believe God?s Word. Trust His Word. Know the creative power of his Word so you can act on His word.
- Do not try to believe, act on the Word. That is believing.
- Do not make a confession that can contradict God?s Word. Make your confessions agree with God?s Word, regardless of the symptoms. Keep the Word on your lips.
- Do not trust in other people?s Faith. Have your own Faith. Come on, you are a believer! You have Faith!

New Beginnings Come With The New Year!
If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days
in prosperity and their years in pleasure.
?Job 36:11
 Starting 2009 with the Lord in prayer is a wise step into victory and breakthroughs?throughout the year.
The birth of a New Year, the start of a new day, all bring feelings of excitement, joy, hope and promise. There is an air of great expectations when we put God first at the beginning of everything we do. We can rest assured, in the midst of the world being shaken. The Word we stand on will never be shaken, and neither will we as we stand on it. This excites me!
Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
?Isaiah 43:19
- O Lord, perfect all good things concerning me this year.
- Let God be God in my life this year in the name of Jesus.
- Let all my disappointments become divine appointments in the name of Jesus.
- You, God of new beginnings, begin a new dimension of wonders in my life this year in the name of Jesus.
- Let that which hinders me from greatness be smashed to pieces in the name of Jesus.
- Let every anti-breakthrough fashioned against me be destroyed in the name of Jesus.
- Let the anointing for spiritual breakthroughs fall upon me in the name of Jesus.
- Lord, let me be at the right place at the right time.
- You, God of new beginnings, open new doors of prosperity in Jesus name.
- O Lord, give me anointed ideas and lead me to new paths of blessing in Jesus name.
- Let all my wasted years and efforts be turned in Jesus name.
- I reject every spirit of financial embarrassment in Jesus name.
- Oh Lord, bring honey out of the rock for me.
- I cancel all evil words I have spoken against my life, home, work and business in Jesus name.
- Do something in my life in this prayer session that will change my life for good.
- I claim miracles for every area of my life this year in Jesus name.
- Let my life experience revival fire in 2009

It is my prayer that you will escape from the rut and routine of mediocrity and pursue your God-given purpose. I know what it means to see a dream transformed from a struggle to a reality. Now I want to share these proven principles with you.
Right now is your time to take a giant step forward.
