It’s been a busy and exciting time working on my new website which will be up and running very soon (watch this space!), researching articles, preparing for a trip to Tanzania and enjoying all the run-up and fantastic celebration of the Royal Wedding!

I was praying with a friend recently and had a word for her about a ‘lioness’ and since then the picture has come back to me again and again and I feel it is something that may be for all of us: a time for the lioness to arise in you! Since then I’ve discovered that Bob Jones gave a prophetic word for the year 2011 saying,

"This is the year the roar of the lion is going to roar into you and unlock what's in you so that the Kingdom of God that's within can come forth and begin to see the authority of the lion.”

I believe this is a time of authority and a time to take courage and be strong, a season to roar out righteousness and justice!

A while back we donated 200 copies of my book ‘Dare to be Great’ to a UK prison and I have had a wonderful letter from a woman there saying how encouraged she has been by it. She has since been able to set up a small Bible study in her cell and minister and pray with a group of other women in the prison as they meet and study the Bible weekly. She has asked that we remember them – and others in prison – in our prayers. How encouraging it is to know that God’s light shines into the darkest places in our lives.

And finally, I have been asked on lots of occasions what my view on yoga is – and whether it’s helpful or safe for Christians to be involved with. I’ve written a short article on the subject that you may be interested in – please see the link below.
